(Pre-owned / Excellent condition) This special occassion layered top by Girl Identity is a size 14/16 youth.  It has a black underlayer and a sheer purple overlayer with shiny purple swirls.  The sleeves are wide and only the sheer fabric.  The tag is falling off, but the shirt is in excellent condition.
