Used condition. Remote requires 3 AAA batteries and car does as well.  (Batteries not included.) Missing second car and guard rails but still is fun to operate.  Lightning McQueen, drives forward and in reverse, talks, and can launch from the clock tower into the track.  Retails new for a lot of money.
