(Previously Owned / Good Used Condition)  This shirt by Total Girl is a girl's size 14/16.  It is a blue hoodie shirt that has a fleece-y feel.  It mimics a short sleeve with a long sleeve jersey underneath.  That is a white with confetti polkadots.  There is the slightest slightest spot on one cuff, which is all but noticeable.
